A: Plainvim Wuxi park is located in the national Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone, with its industries concentrated in auto parts, precision manufacturing and medical devices. The representative enterprises are: Textron company, Varex Imaging, Viega, etc.
Q:What's the total output of the park? How much come from foreign investment?

A: There are currently 14 companies settled in the park, only 2 of which are domestic, and the rest are foreign. The estimated output in 2019 was RMB3.5 billion.
Q:How long does it take to drive from the park to the city center? How far is it? Is there any expressway?

A: The distance from the park to the city center is 10km, a 30-minute drive, and the nearest commercial complex Huiju (IKEA) is only 4.5km, a 15-minute drive. It is only 7km to the nearest high-speed exit Wuxi East.

A: The present occupancy rate has reached 87.5%. The remaining single-story plants area is 16,323.72㎡ and the minimum leasable area is 4,300.37㎡. In addition, the park has two multi-story factories (4 floors) for rent, with a total area of 25,566.46㎡.
Q:How does the park distribute electricity?

A: The total electricity supply to the park is 20,000KVA and each building gets 1,250KVA on average. Electricity can be allocated according to customers' demands after negotiation.
Q:What are the supporting facilities and property services of the park?

A: There is a restaurant inside the park that serves four meals a day, all ingredients are from hypermarkets to ensure food safety. All property maintenance work outside the plant will be taken care of by the park, including regular external wall cleaning (4 times a year), green maintenance, safety inspection, fire facilities management, etc.
Q:Does the fire protection level of the plant meet the FM standard?

A: The plants conform to national standard Class III-2. The park can upgrade and transform the fire protection level according to the tenant's needs. At present, one of the tenants has carried out FM standard fire protection upgrade.
