Which companies in the park can represent the above industries?A: Plainvim Wuxi park is located in the national Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone, with its industries concentrated in auto parts, precision manufacturing and medical devices. The representative enterprises are: Textron company, Varex Imaging, Viega, etc.

Is there any expressway?A: The distance from the park to the city center is 10km, a 30-minute drive, and the nearest commercial complex Huiju (IKEA) is only 4.5km, a 15-minute drive. In addition, the park has two multi-story factories (4 floors) for rent, with a total area of 25,566.46㎡.

Q:How does the park distribute electricity?A: The total electricity supply to the park is 20,000KVA and each building gets 1,250KVA on average. Electricity can be allocated according to customers' demands after negotiation.

Q:What are the supporting facilities and property services of the park?A: There is a restaurant inside the park that serves four meals a day, all ingredients are from hypermarkets to ensure food safety. All property maintenance work outside the plant will be taken care of by the park, including regular external wall cleaning (4 times a year), green maintenance, safety inspection, fire facilities management, etc.
