  • Q:Are the roads in the park wide enough to accommodate container trucks?
    A: The roads are 19, 12, and 8 meters, wide enough for truck turnaround.
  • Q:How long is the land use life of the park?
    A: The newly planned industrial land can satisfy the long-term development of enterprises with a lifetime of 50 years.
  • Q:What property service does Plainvim provide?
    A: Plainvim Xiangcheng is committed to creating a 6-star modern industrial park environment. The professional property management team can provide a series of service such as plant maintenance, security, canteen, cleaning, etc...
  • Q:Can Plainvim provide customized plants?
    A: We can provide both standard and customized plant according to the tenant's requirements. A 16,000 sqm customized plant was completed for an American auto parts manufacturer, Alutech, in Phase One project.
  • Q:What is the park's plan for electricity supply?
    A: In order to ensure the steady operation of our tenants, Plainvim park adopts double circuit power supply mode, of which, 10,000kva in first-phase and 16,000kva in second-phase. The tenants can apply directly to the power supply department according to their demand. The electricity charge is paid directly to the power supply department.
  • Q:How to treat industrial waste water in the park?
    A: Tenants shall process waste water in accordance with local standards before discharging into municipal sewage network.
  • Q:Is there natural gas supply in the park?
    A: Yes, natural gas pipeline has been connected into Plainvim park. Tenants only need to apply directly to the natural gas department.
  • Q:Can Plainvim provide decoration services?
    A: Plainvim can provide decoration services such as design and construction according to tenants' demands. The cost of decoration shall be determined through negotiation and can be deducted equally from rent or paid in full upfront.
  • Q:Is there any high-speed rail around the park?
    A: The Suzhou high-speed north station are no more than 10 minutes driving away from the park, just a 25-minute to Shanghai and 5-hour to Beijing.
  • Q:What about accommodations for staffs?
    A: There are one-room apartments with monthly rental between RMB450 to RMB850, 2km away from the north of the park. There are also two-room apartments with monthly rental around 1,200RMB, which is 1km away from the south of the park.
